Prior to joining, CCP Anna studied for her Masters Degree in Human Resource and Knowledge Management at Lancaster University. She joined CCP in 2003 and is instrumental in developing and leading the CCP team.

Anna was made a partner in 2005 and is now responsible for business strategy, operations and key client relationships. She also manages CCP’s office team and ensures availability and quality assurance to clients through our in-house 24-hour helpline.

Kevin worked in local authority settings within social services and education departments from 1979 until 1996, when he moved to Germany to work as a Senior Social Worker in the Ministry of Defence. He joined CCP in 1998 and is responsible for carrying out and supervising clinical interventions, developing and delivering crisis care training and ensuring quality and consistency in the delivery of all CCP’s work.

Before joining CCP, Alan spent 14 years as a social worker in child protection, working with children from 0-16 years old and with their families. His experience in trauma aftercare includes involvement in cases of domestic violence, child abuse, child death and loss and bereavement following adoption.

Alan was made Clinical Partner in December 2005 and as well as consulting he also delivers training to CCP customers.
